Rotary Switches

Rotary switches serve as mechanical devices designed to control multiple electrical circuits through the rotation of a shaft. By manually or mechanically interacting with the switch, electrical contacts are either closed or opened, facilitating the establishment or interruption of a series of electrical connections. Rotary switches are selected by the number of positions, number of decks, poles per deck, mounting type, contact circuit configuration, throw angle, actuator type and current and voltage ratings. Some rotary switches include adjustable stops or can rotate continuously.
